Whats up guys, this week in P.E horrible things start to happen like new laws that if you wine like a baby you have to do 10 pushup or 10 burpies. This is so horrible, you have to run 8 laps everytime we have P.E. and we have to 4 stations that it is so challenging one is lunging, pushup, planks and burpies. Now to I don't like much in P.E. Mr. Eric now is more evil and force us to do things that are very challening for us!

Hi guys welcome back Ben here, today I just learn P.E done we learn about hockey it is very fun you slide the ball around and around it is tricky but it is fun and cool. We play Field Hockey because I'm in Vietnam and there is no ice so we don't play ice hockey. Here's an example if you don't know what is ice hockey! There people are dribbling the ball, at our school we use tennis ball because if we use hockey ball and it accidentally hit on the person face are body, it would be a big terrible. Then later in the hospital and also we are only grade 5. There are lots of Olympic, World Cup. Lots and lots, hockey its a fun sport to play and be healthy a lots. There's also a highlight of people winning since that. I have one for you guys, it's only about 1 or 2 minutes There's the highlight, also I have a Wikipedia for you hope you enjoy!
Running 10 Laps: Achieved Pushup 5 times: Achieved 30 squats: Achieved 10 burpies: Achieved Now you can see my health plan and now I have suceed all and after it I feel more stronger and feeling healthier. Instead of eating fast food, I can go straight to practicing exercise and feel healthier because fast food is not ever good for you.Also I want to feel healthy. Masseter - Mouth Pectorals - Lungs Biceps - Arm Abdominals - Belly Quadriceps - Thigh Deltoids - Shoulders Trapezius - Back Triceps - Back Hand Biceps: Back Thigh Calves - Back and Front knees They are all of the muscles in our body and I think that is a lot of muscles to make our body and I think when we grow up we will be very strong and we can also carry a sofa if we have lots of muscles Hello this is me Ben and today I'm reflecting on my ultimate Frisbee and I think it is a very good sport for me. I can throw and help my hand strong and stuff. After the quarter of learning this project. I'm very thankful for Mr.Eric because he teach me how to play. He is a very good person but still I'm very proud of myself because I accomplish my goal and know at least I could know how to play ultimate frisbee.
